How a customer can change their own password

                 

  • If you have forgotten your username click on ‘forgot your username’ and you will receive a text with the username.(see above image)

  • If you have forgotten your pin click on ‘forgot your PIN’ and you will receive a text with link and it will direct you to page to reset the pin (see above image)

  • Once you have logged in, go to the menu bar

  • Click on  Help & Support

                           

  • Click on ‘change your Home Wi-Fi password’

  • Follow the instructions provided (see below). Select an alphanumeric password for better security. This means your password should ideally have numbers and letters, and if possible special characters such as #,!,&,*,%.

  • Once done, click on ‘change password

       

  • When you change the password, a ticket gets raised automatically by the system and it gets resolved

  • If the customer's password does not change successfully,  the system raises a ticket and we will need to change the customer’s password manually.
